Who needs an Estate Sale?

Estate Sales are conducted for clients who are moving, relocating, downsizing, redecorating, facing foreclosure, combining households, or have lost a family member or friend. 

What is the process for B-Street Estate Sales?

  • Initially, we will come to your home to meet you, discuss your needs, and review the items to be sold.
  • Once you have decided to sign a contract with us, we will review and sign the contract and schedule the dates for your sale.
  • Depending on the size of your home and the amount of merchandise to be sold, we will need a week or two before the sale, to come into the home to set up and prepare for the sale.
  • The sale is advertised on our website, estatesales.net as well as various online advertising such as Facebook, Craigslist, and Instagram.
  • Typically we hold sales on Saturday and Sunday, with Sunday being half-price.  

What fees do you charge to conduct an E-State Sale?

We charge a commission fee on all items SOLD with NO additional or hidden cost.

And NEVER any money upfront to hire us.

How quickly can you conduct my sale?

Q: I am closing on my home in 2 weeks. Can you still help me?

We want to have enough time to setup and advertise for your sale, to allow the best opportunity for a successful sale, but we do understand in some cases, time is of the essence.  Please contact us to discuss.

What type of payments do we accept at our sales?

We accept Cash and most credit and debit cards.
